Currency & Coupons
There are two types of currency here: Sakura Flowers and Sakura Petals. Both can be used in our Sakura Shop which is the new version of the TCG's previously separate shops, the Flower Shop and Petal Shop, but may also be used for other things as well, such as activities and events!

Flowers and petals are NOT interchangeable so you cannot use one currency in place of another. You can, however, make an exchange to convert flowers to petals or vice versa which can be done at the Sakura Bank!
Sakura ShopNew to Sakura 2.0 is an automated Sakura Shop! All purchases will now be done on-site through the shop page where you can select the item you'd like, enter the amount you want to purchase, and receive your item(s) immediately. Your currency count and on-site activity logs will then be updated to reflect the purchase!Coupons continue to be exchanged and redeemable on the forums, or simply by displaying it on your trade post and using the related form/page (ie. ones related to mastery and game rewards), with the exception of choicecard coupons – which are redeemable using the site form found in your account. | MerchandiseBuying merchanidse is also automated now and works similar to how the card pack and coupon items do, except instead of there being a listing for each individual item, this shop only has a listing for each of the item categories you see below!

Additionally, please note that the above items are just examples; you can view the full inventory at the Shop Front, along with the filenames for each specific item that you would use to update your purchase log with! Merchandise RequestsAs mentioned previously, you can buy various merchandise in this shop – however, there might not always be something you want which is why we allow players to make requests (also known as "pre-orders") at the shop's Merchandise Pre-Orders!Requests are typically made and added to our inventory once a month, usually towards the end of it. When the new inventory is stocked, we will make an announcement in the Merchandise Updates thread as well! Players can then purchase those items through the shop page like normal. |
Sakura Bank
In addition to the shop, we also have a "bank" where you make exchanges such as converting one currency or coupon to another, as well as exchanging cards for new cards! Each exchange type has its own rate of conversion which you can find more details of in its appropriate thread on the forums.Please note that these exchanges are NOT self-serve or automatic so they will not be immediately reflected in your account or on-site activity logs once you post in a thread! Please wait for a staff member to approve of your exchange as they will also be updating the related information in the database so it will be properly reflected in your account. The Card Exchange is also unique in that using it will usually deduct from your total card worth due to the exchange rates so please take note of that before using the service!
COUPONS
| There are currently 3 types of coupons in Sakura—Regular, Special, and Rare—with each corresponding to its own colour to make differentiating them at a glance easier! While some coupons can be purchased at the Flower Shop, most of them will only be obtainable through other methods such as events, wishes, or freebies. You can view the full list of every coupon available below along with a description and usage details for each coupon! Just click the category of coupons you want to view and the table will toggle on and become visible; click the category name again if you want to close/hide it! If a coupon says proof is required in order to redeem/use it, all we need is a link to where you received it from or if one is unavailable, then a portion of your activity log stating the source of your coupon(s) is allowed too. For coupons where proof is optional, please ensure that your logs say where you received it from at least! |

 adoptionchange | Allows the player to change the character, image, or skill on 1 existing adoption, free of charge! 1 coupon = 1 change however, you can only use 1 coupon per adoption. If you wanted to change multiple things for an adoption, you would be essentially dropping & adopting a new character entirely, which means this coupon won't work for it! | Post the coupon along with the relevant form in your individual Adopt a Character thread! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 adoptiondiscount | Allows the player to receive a discount on 1 adoption so they only have to pay the the lower fee! 1 coupon = 1 discount per adoption so if you wanted to get a discount on multiple adoptions, you'd need a coupon for each. You can also use 2 of these coupons on a single adoption to make it entirely free! | |
 choicecard | Allows the player to redeem 1 choice card per coupon at their convenience. The card can be from any deck type and there are no restrictions or limits on how many can be redeemed in a given period as well as how many can be from the same deck(s). | Fill out the exchange form in your account to redeem your choice card! |
 custommasterbadge | Allows the player to redeem 1 custom master badge for any character or special deck at no charge! They work exactly the same as if you had purchased it outright from its thread during Sakura 1.0 but this is a coupon version that can be earned through wishes, freebies, events, and other special rewards/prizes. With Sakura 2.0, it must now be purchased through the shop first before use! | Post the coupon along with the form for custom master badges! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 donatespecialdeck | Allows the player to donate 1 special deck at any time. This donation is in addition to any monthly or extra donations from other methods/means, and you can use multiple coupons in the same month. The coupon is only used up once you actually donate the deck(s)! | Post the coupon along with your donation claim(s) AND when submitting it in your thread for rewards! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required both times (to ensure you haven't used it previously). |
 forumrank | Allows the player to either 1) add a forum rank to their profile on the forums (example) or b) change an existing forum rank! Forum rank changes are limited to 1 per month; more details about rules regarding what is/isn't allowed, etc are in its thread. | Post the coupon along with the form for forum ranks! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 hanamicard | Allows the player to unlock 1 card in their Hanami Deck for free, without needing to complete the assigned task! You can only use up to 5 coupons per hanami deck (including your first one). | Post the coupon along with the form for unlocking a card! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 levelbadgechange | Allows the player to apply for a new level badge that will replace an existing one. This coupon works on any rank's level badge! Please note the previous badge will be renamed so it will remain on the server (and you can still display on your trade post) but your new badge will overwrite the current one. | Post the coupon along with the form for level badges! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 profilebadge | Allows the player to apply for a new profile badge that will be displayed on their profile (and can then be used for your personal use wherever), either because it's their first one or because they want to change their existing one! Additional profile badges will be named as 02, 03, etc (your first will be 01) and you can choose which one to display when you edit your member info. | Post the coupon along with the form for profile badges!  2deckdonations Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to donate an additional 2 decks during any month, and can be used in conjunction with any other donation-related Character Skills, Spotlight benefits or coupons! 1 use = 2 donations so please try to claim both of the additional donations at the same time for easier tracking. The coupon is only used up once you actually donate the decks! | Post the coupon along with your donation claim(s) AND when submitting it in your thread for rewards! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required both times (to ensure you haven't used it previously). |
 additionaladoption Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to adopt an additional character past the default amount of 3 adoptions allowed normally, up to a maximum of 6 adoptions total! 1 use = 1 adoption so if an adoption that was made with the use of a coupon is dropped and/or replaced entirely with a new one (meaning BOTH character + skill are changed), you will need another coupon to adopt a new character again. Changing only either the character or skill does not require another additionaladoption coupon! | Post the coupon along with the new adoption form in your individual Adopt a Character thread! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 additionalboxset Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to start an additional box set past the default amount of 2 box sets allowed normally, up to a maximum of 5 box sets total! 1 use = 1 box set but this does not permanently unlock/add a freebie box set slot! Once you complete a box set that used a coupon to apply for it, you will need another additionalboxset coupon to start a new one in its place. | Post the coupon with the new box set form in your individual Box Sets thread!  biweeklygamerewards Uses per coupon: 4 | Allows the player to double the rewards earned from each game in a single biweekly set! Simply refresh the page to claim the second set of rewards and have it logged on-site. 1 use = 1 game set (either Set A or Set B) but uses do not have to be consecutive! If you do not play all the games in a set (while using this coupon) before they update again however, you cannot go back and claim the doubled rewards for them later on. | Display the coupon on your trade post and keep track of your uses! Please manually add a note to the given logs for the second set of rewards, stating it's a doubled reward. |
 deckmasteryrewards Uses per coupon: 6 | Allows the player to double the rewards from each regular deck mastery (does not include special masteries)! Applies only to base reward including both choice and random cards, before any character skills are activated separately. 1 use = 1 deck but uses do not have to be consecutive! | Display the coupon on your trade post then submit your masteries through the Double Mastery Rewards form (or the Combined Mastery Form if using both coupon + skill) instead.  deckrequest Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to either: a) request 1 deck from Upcoming to be released OR b) request 1 deck on the Deck Claims spreadsheet that is marked as "Donated" to be made, both of which will be completed during the month that the coupon is redeemed. 1 use = 1 deck request; additional details can be found on the forum! | Fill out the provided form in the Deck Requests thread on the forums with your coupon included.  donationrewards Uses per coupon: 5 | Allows the player to double the rewards from each deck donation. Applies only to the base reward and not the choice card bonus from every 5th deck donated. 1 use = 1 donation but uses do not have to be consecutive nor do they have to be used all in the same month! | Post the coupon when submitting the applicable donation in your thread for rewards and specify how many uses you've redeemed with it so far! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 forumgamerewards Uses per coupon: 6 | Allows the player to double the rewards from a forum game. Applies only to the reward given for a single play (ie. if a game has a bonus reward at the end of the round depending on whether it was completed or something similar, this coupon would not double that reward - it would only double the initial play) unless otherwise stated. 1 use = 1 game round or 1 play (if a game that allows multiple plays per round) but uses do not have to be consecutive nor do they have to be used all in the same game! | Post the coupon when participating in the game and specify how many uses you've redeemed with it so far! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 weeklygamerewards Uses per coupon: 4 | Allows the player to double the rewards earned from each game in the weekly set! Simply refresh the page to claim the second set of rewards and have it logged on-site. 1 use = playing ALL games in the set once but uses do not have to be consecutive! If you do not play all the games in a set (while using this coupon) before they update again however, you cannot go back and claim the doubled rewards for them later on. | Display the coupon on your trade post and keep track of your uses!  boxsetfreebie Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to permanently increase their freebie Box Set slots to 3 when normally, players are only allowed to apply for 2 Box Sets for free and an "Additional Box Set" coupon is needed for any extras past the 2 freebies. Read more about Box Sets? 1 use = 1 slot but since this unlocks it permanently, the coupon does NOT expire once redeemed so you do not need a new one every time you use this slot. | Post the coupon every time you apply for a Box Set that is using a freebie slot in your individual Box Sets thread! Proof of obtaining the coupon is required. |
 doublereleasepulls Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to a) double the total amount of pulls from 1 release and b) increase the amount of cards allowed to be taken per deck. Typically, this changes the limit from 2 per deck to 3 per deck but this number may change depending on the release so please check each update carefully before using this coupon! 1 use = 1 release; can also be used in conjunction with Character Skills and/or Spotlight Benefits so players may need to combine log names like so: New Decks (Double Release Pulls + Deck Release Upgrade): card01, card02 or however they feel makes it clear where you're getting extra pulls from. | Display the coupon on your trade post and when logging your pulls with this coupon, please add "Double Release Pulls" to the name of your logs! If your usual log format is: New Decks: card01, card02 then it would become: New Decks (Double Release Pulls): card01, card02 instead.  extrareleasepulls Uses per coupon: 4 | Allows the player to take 4 additional pulls from 1 release but the extra pulls are not affected by any existing restrictions or limits. For example: if a release only allows you to take 2 cards per deck and you've maxed out that limit, this coupon grants you the ability to take 4 more cards from that deck. You could also split up the 4 pulls among multiple decks you've already taken the maximum amount allowed from! 1 use = 1 release but uses do not have to be consecutive! You do, however, need to take all 4 pulls from the same release; you cannot redeem a single use of this coupon and apply it to different releases. | Display the coupon on your trade post and keep track of your uses! When logging your pulls with this coupon, please add "Extra Release Pulls" to the name of your logs as well.  instantmastery Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to obtain all 20 cards (or however many remaining cards are needed) in a deck of their choice, thus granting them the ability to instantly master it once they turn it in for rewards! 1 use = 1 deck but if the player already has cards from the deck they use this coupon on, it will only redeem the remaining cards needed to be able to master the deck! | Fill out the exchange form in your account to to obtain the cards first, then turn it in for rewards like a regular mastery whenever you'd like. Then, it is required to post in the Instant Mastery thread with the deck(s) you've used the coupon(s) on, along with proof of obtaining the coupon! |
 nodonationrestrictions Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to ignore the normal donation restriction (of only 2 decks per series allowed) and instead, donate as many decks from the same series as they'd like. The total amount of decks allowed to be donated each month (incl. any Character Skills, Spotlight Benefits, or coupons) remains the same, however! 1 use = 1 month; can also be used in conjunction with other coupons, Character Skills, and/or Spotlight Benefits. The coupon is only used up once you donate at least one of the decks claimed with the coupon! If you don't donate all the claimed decks within that month, the coupon is still considered used. | Post the coupon both when you claim the decks, and when you donate them in your personal Donations thread! If you claim decks with the intention of using this coupon but don't donate them on time, the ability to ignore the series limit does not roll over to the next month. Proof of obtaining the coupon is required as well! |
 personalplayerachievement Uses per coupon: 1 | Allows the player to apply for a Personal Achievement badge, as long as the "achievement" is related to the TCG or the TCG theme in some way.
