Welcome to July! There's not much to report today besides the usual monthly stuff which will be mentioned later, but I do want to encourage players to join our Discord if you haven't yet! It's super easy to make an account and join the server, and if you're uncomfortable or don't like talking in big communities then there's no requirement to - but this is where we (and other staff) post all announcements, notices, updates, etc first no matter how important or minor it is (we then transfer/summarize the more important news to site updates though, don't worry) so it's a great place to stay informed, and also where some deck makers post previews of decks they make but haven't added to the site yet!

First is the new event card for the month! Everyone can take this no matter your member status or when you join, as long as you take it before August.

There is also an event card to celebrate Sakura hitting its 100 decks released milestone thanks to yasu's double release this week! If you joined before today, go ahead and take it as well!

GAME UPDATES

Last night, I removed one of the games in the Bonus Weekly set due to an error I couldn't figure out at the time so Lottery has been replaced with Dice Roll! I've since been told how to fix it but since the change has already been made, Lottery will return in the future at a later date once I decide where to put it (or it'll be saved as a back up in case I need to replace/change something else).

To explain further about the original error in Lottery, the issue was that no matter what numbers selected, you would always get 0 right; this was because I didn't know I had to enter a set of numbers each time it updated as the original page for it in the admin panel (which is where/how the game is updated) didn't show this field so I thought the numbers would be randomly generated each time the game is opened.

That being said, all players who have access to the Bonus Weekly games can re-play Dice Roll as many times as you had previously played Lottery before and got 0 numbers correct! For example: if you've had this character skill for 2 weeks and played Lottery every week since then, you can play Dice Roll twice to make up for the error.

MONTHLY HOUSEKEEPING

Since it's a new month, Donations have reset so any claims from last month that weren't donated (including those claimed by deck makers but were not made/dropped off) on time have been cleared from the spreadsheet! If you submitted your June donations but haven't been rewarded yet, don't worry - they will not be removed and staff will check it as soon as they're able to.

If you celebrate a birthday this month, you can now pick up your gift from Birthday Party! While all Monthly games listed under that specific set were updated as well, please note that Sakura Spotlight and Sakura Matsuri will only be starting next month, which coincidentally lines up very well with Sakura's original anniversary lol

COMING SOON...?

Speaking of Sakura's original anniversary— although there's nothing planned right now, I've been known to pull out events the night before so while I'm not promising anything, don't be surprised if we end up doing something in August to celebrate!
